Some would call it mad, others would call it ingenious. But whichever side of the fence you are on you can’t help but call “Pheasant Oak Vineyard’s” lines of wine flavored ice creams, jellies and sauces insanely flavorful.
The vineyard currently makes and distributes two kinds of vineyard sauces, four kinds of jellies and four kinds of wine ice creams. These otherworldly ice creams have such tongue-in-cheek names as “Nutty Cork”, “Raisin the Bar”, “Vino Espresso” and “Chocolate Dunk Cherries.”

Or how about a fresh and fruity white wine expertly blended with premium hard vanilla ice cream and generously laced with crunchy walnuts? The flavor explosion in each bite is surreal and worth the trip.
